If you see that the binding on your cricket bat handle has become loose or unraveled you should get it re-bound as soon as possible.
It is a lot cheaper to replace the binding then having the handle crack and having to replace it. We have seen quite a few bats come in recently with broken handles because the binding wasn't up to standard.
We use only the highest quality 6 cord linen thread and PVA glue.
